Josh is a native and lifelong resident of San Diego. He began his career in public service with the local fire department, and after graduating from the fire academy, a transformative experience set him on a path of lifelong learning. He left public service to pursue higher education, earning a bachelor’s and master’s degree in organizational leadership from Biola University. Inspired by his entrepreneurial grandfather’s success in real estate and business, Josh joined Buffini & Company to immerse himself in the foundational principles that build enduring companies.After seizing timely opportunities to accelerate his growth in real estate and mortgage industries, Josh expanded his career by joining a partnership group to acquire Meridian Property Management, a business he now manages. Meridian joins the group’s expanding portfolio, which also includes Sprint Funding Inc., a mortgage brokerage Josh founded in 2006, and CRG Properties, a real estate and property management company he established in 2008. Through these ventures, Josh has developed expertise-driven systems built on his unwavering commitment to mastering every facet of the business—systems that can serve as a foundation for any organization.In his free time, he enjoys studying God's Word, playing golf, attending sporting events, and spending quality time with family and friends. He is a loving husband to his wife Janelle and a devoted father of five children - Ashlynn, Tyler, Brylee, Brooklynn, and Shayli.
