Responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, & Growth of Large Diameter, Flexible, and Paste value streams. Manage 3 direct reports with approximately 40 associates.

• Directly manage production for two product groups by supporting and leading Line Team Leaders and Technicians.• Coach core team on how to better solve problems.• Ensure adherence to Master Production Schedule (MPS) by removing constraints to customer commitment.• Control of headcount and clocking time. Ensure discipline with work wear, break times, & working hours.• Coach team leaders/technicians in how to perform their role.• Ensure safety processes have strict adherence. • Manage training & maintain skills matrics.• Participate in the selection and recruitment of staff • Define training plan to increase team autonomy; ensure training and coaching of team members. • Manage annual performance assessments & merit increases for all direct reports.• Plan development of direct reports.• Support Methods Engineering in First Build Activities.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.• Create, set, and sustain 5S standards

Planning and scheduling of assembly manufacturing work through the effective utilization of the Oracle ERP system, & material and resource planning modules with a key area of focus on the improvement of on time delivery, productivity and quality in the manufacturing operation through the effective planning and scheduling of resources, materials, and equipment. Responsibilities:• Generate schedule from MRP reports. • Generate master shortage list from the Open Kitting Allocation and Scheduling Report. • Release and manage work orders for assembly requirements and schedule material handling resources to make materials available in alignment with production schedules. • Expedite material from internal material control, purchasing, and machine shop. • Complete jobs and process shipping paperwork at the completion of assembly work. • Generate monthly and quarterly forecasts of assembly work based on material and resource availability. • Schedule rework and repair of customer material. • Review engineering change requests and disposition on-hand material per the ECRN. • Provide cost and lead time quotations to project management and aftermarket sales team. • Review 3 to 12 month backlog and planning work based on capability and capacity.

- Manage a team of Assembly Technicians with the Scheduler to achieve daily, weekly, monthly goals and objectives.- Discuss daily production progress and need in production meetings.- Assist in training and problem solving within team.- Report completed assembly production to the Scheduler.- Perform annual performance reviews of each Assembly Technician.- Manage individual hours and approve each team members hours in Time Force.- Lead daily safety meetings.- Lead team toward a 5's standard.- Assist Manufacturing Engineer in Kaizen and FAI activities.- Prioritize and manage time.

- Inspect products received to ensure that it’s up to standard to assemble. - Assemble mechanical couplers in compliance with blue prints and rework parts when necessary.- Assemble products within the time frame given.- Complete required paper work for parts and equipment assembled such as Assembly Checklist.- Test mechanical couplers according to test specifications.- Use calibration tools and fixtures to ensure parts meet specifications.- Solve problems such as malfunctions when they arise.- Work alongside fellow employees to complete task given.

Coordinate athletic facilities, game day management & hospitality, assist with marketing efforts, and day to day activities.

To coordinate and promote catering sales, public relation events such as charity benefits and church related activities, production of event flyers, and day to day marketing activities.
