Responsibilities:• Generate schedule from MRP reports. • Generate master shortage list from the Open Kitting Allocation and Scheduling Report. • Release and manage work orders for assembly requirements and schedule material handling resources to make materials available in alignment with production schedules. • Expedite material from internal material control, purchasing, and machine shop. • Complete jobs and process shipping paperwork at the completion of assembly work. • Generate monthly and quarterly forecasts of assembly work based on material and resource availability. • Schedule rework and repair of customer material. • Review engineering change requests and disposition on-hand material per the ECRN. • Provide cost and lead time quotations to project management and aftermarket sales team. • Review 3 to 12 month backlog and planning work based on capability and capacity.
