At Baseline Partners, Josh leads business development, introducing and delivering client solutions for institutional investors, foundations, endowments, family offices, advisors and high net worth individuals. After joining in 2020, Mr. Davis successfully expanded the firm’s investor and capital base. As a member of Baseline’s Management and Investment Committees, Joshua leads the capital raising efforts of each strategy the firm undertakes.Previously, Mr. Davis was a Vice President within Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Global Corporate & Investment Bank, responsible for delivering the banking and depository capabilities of the Global Transaction Services platform to CFOs and Treasurers of national and multinational insurance companies. Prior to that, he worked for J.P. Morgan Corporate & Investment Bank’s Federal Government team, where he partnered with agencies, GSEs and multi-lateral organizations on financial solutions to achieve their missions for constituents and ensured legal compliance of the bank’s contracts as a Financial Agent for the U.S. Treasury and with GSA. At Citi Private Bank and J.P. Morgan Private Bank, he obtained his Series 7 and 63 licenses and completed credit training programs to eventually serve on a team specialized for real estate investors where he implemented strategies for alternative investments, lending and deposits, risk analysis, tax, and estate planning.In addition to his wealth management and institutional banking roles, Mr. Davis benefits from broad experiences as an entrepreneur and small business owner. He partnered with his wife, Naomi, on Love Taza, an award-winning social media platform started in 2007 with millions of followers around the world. In addition to managing the business aspects since its inception, Josh later took on a creative role working on over 100 brand collaborations and digital marketing campaigns – helping conceptualize, direct, and produce branded content for Fortune 100 companies and businesses of all types, including a deal he negotiated for a Taza luggage collection sold in all Target stores nationwide. Awards include the “Best Family Blog” Bloglovin' Award and being named to the FORBES “Top 10 Influencers for Parenting.” Josh was Co-founder and CEO of Pippit, launching as the #1 Lifestyle App in the Apple App Store as a social media platform that bridged blogging and social media for creators and followers, using metadata to enrich content for users, solve monetization obstacles for influencers, and make content more actionable than any other social media platform in 2014.
