Part of the organising team for the 6th European Space Generation Workshop in Limassol, Cyprus. As part of the communications team duties included preparing content for the web and managing social media content throughout the event. Further responsibility as a Rapporteur, delivering working group outcomes and a formal report for use by SGAC to UN.

Teesside

Supported prisoners enrolled on the Code4000 programme at HMP Holme House. Delivery of course materials on a 1:1 and whole class level, managing a range of complex needs and varied abilities. Worked with coders to develop individual learning plans. Evaluated curriculum offering, identified gaps v.s. current market and led on the development of the Code4000.

Transinne, Belgium

Planned, delivered and evaluated training programmes to primary and secondary school teachers from across Europe. Workshops were designed to inspire and enhance the teaching of STEM, using space as a context. I personally reached over 600 teachers from 24 different countries.Workshops trained teachers in the use of Raspberry Pi, Arduino and LEGO Education.

Noordwijk, The Netherlands

Provided support and coordination for two educational STEM programmes for primary and secondary school students - The European Astro Pi Challenge and the European CanSat Competition. Over 6000 students from 24 different countries were engaged with. I also produced didactic materials to support the programmes and liaised with key partners and stakeholders.
