Senior Environmental Engineer at BMT, working primarily in the field of floodplain management. I have undertaken a variety of floodplain management projects, including flood studies, floodplain risk management studies and plans, concept design of flood warning systems, and flood impact assessments and flood emergency response plans for a range of small to large scale developments and infrastructure projects.I have experience in fluvial, tidal and urban flood studies, incorporating the hydrological analysis, development and calibration of hydrological and hydraulic models, climate change assessment, flood damages assessment, assessment of emergency management considerations, and the development and assessment of potential flood mitigation/management measures. I also have a keen interest in community engagement and have developed a number of community engagement strategies.I have also worked on a variety of decentralised sewage management and reuse projects including site and soil assessments, hydrology assessments, land capability assessments, wastewater system suitability assessment and irrigation planning and management.
