The company's innovative product portfolio is based on a suite of common-platform technologies that offer regenerative solutions in the field of bone and cartilage/osteochondral tissue regeneration. • Played an active role in the evaluation, assessment and presentation of preclinical reports of ‘HydroxyColl Plus’ in a rabbit spinal fusion model. Compiled and evaluated relevant Histology & CT imaging, completed a detailed chronological efficacy comparison to competitor products and presented these findings to management and field experts while beginning a preclinical report.• Trained in cGMP manufacturing techniques including cleaning and preparation of the Cleanroom working environment and equipment sterilisation.• Worked with the SurgaColl and UCD School of Veterinary Medicine to support development and optimisation of the fabrication protocol of a Collagen Hydroxyapatite injectable gel for in situ gelation and drug delivery.• Worked with SurgaColl's workshop partners in order to convey design ideas/concepts for a new manufacturing device.• Undertook a Masters project (Trinity College Dublin) in the design & development of a prototype scaffold coring machine for scaled up manufacture of the ‘ChondroColl’ product, a sterile, 3-layered bone-cartilage graft substitute.
