At Microsoft, my role is to help my customers in any way possible.As a Technical Account Manager/Service Delivery Manager at Microsoft, I have the most prevalent and interactive role available between my customers and Microsoft. While my responsibilities are to ensure high customer satisfaction with our Premier Support Offering, I am also tasked with ensuring high adoption of our Cloud Services within my account space, and also growth of my overall portfolio. This is achieved by highlighting value, building strong client relationships, and leveraging various resources across the breadth of Microsoft to provide assistance where needed. Additionally, I am responsible to resolve any escalations that my client may have, be it technical or non-technical in an expedient manner to maintain high customer satisfaction.

I was a volunteer ski patrol member, providing assistance (medical and non-medical) at Glen Eden in Milton Ontario. I was also designated Rookie of the year in the 2014/2015 Ski Season.

Lead a team of engineers and QA in the creation, deployment, and support of a Windows Desktop Image across a Multi-National Corporation.
