Here at Vanguard my team provides full life-cycle recruitment for our Retail Investor Group.Prior to joining Vanguard I spent a little over 6 years as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at Comcast. I had the opportunity to support Internal Audit, Finance, Technology and College recruitment. I also helped launch a technology rotational program at Comcast that targeted graduating seniors. My career in recruitment began in agency recruiting where I focused on technology and scientific recruitment. I graduated from Ursinus College where I double majored in Economics and Spanish and was fortunate enough to spend 6 months abroad in Seville, Spain. You can find me in my free time hanging out with my family at the Southern Jersey shore, watching soccer or dance recitals and cheering on all Philadelphia sports teams!
