Responsible for all aspects of the Metal Panel Division including business development. I work with architects, general contractors and our estimating team in pursuit of new project opportunities. I work with our project management team for the scheduling and execution of the contracted backlog of work. Lastly, I work with our manufacturing team in scheduling and development of our fabricated and manufactured metal panel products.

I oversee all aspects of multiple projects over the entire project life. As Project Manager I am responsible for:• Reviewing the scope of work and evaluating any cost saving opportunities.• Scheduling and supervising the draftsman during the submittal drawing process. Review of submittal drawings to confirm scope accuracy.• Developing a project schedule, communicating and coordinating the project schedule with the customer (GC), and monitoring and controlling the schedule during the life of the project.• Purchase all materials. Monitor and control all project costs.• Schedule, monitor and control installation crews.• Draft schedule of values and coordinate with accounting department for billing.

I executed multiple positions with responsibilities including: Lead Designer, Project Manager, CNC programmer, and Production Manager. As Project Manager my responsibilities were to schedule and coordinate the completion of the project, from scheduling drawings to be completed to scheduling installers to be on-site for installation. As Production Manger I supervised the fabrication of all ACM panels in the shop.
