Designed and implemented a strategic sales plan to track effectiveness of insurance sales managers across the US. Develop effective insurance sales and underwriting strategies and provide motivation to meet annual profit and loss budgets.

Selected to establish the new Pennsylvania workers compensation insurance market, successfully onboarding over 500 insurance agencies within five months. Aided in formation and implementation of a FirstComp financial packet for insurance agencies and worked with insurance agencies to concentrate partner energies on converting clients to FirstComp insurance products.

Managed and grew a customer base of over 100 commercial accounts over a five-county territory for a supplier of building materials and fuel oil, consistently exceeding B-to-B sales goals. Established an architectural and commercial sales program that resulted in lucrative new accounts.

Managed and cultivated Home Depot and Lowe’s accounts throughout Pennsylvania utilizing effective negotiating, cross selling, and up selling techniques. Led the initiative to develop and release new products through key accounts.
