 Key member of the Program Management Office (PMO) with financial oversight of a $400M-$500M annual government contract Co-lead for the development of annual $300M proposal to support contract negotiations with the government customer Provide guidance and leadership on the execution of all areas within the program, requires extensive knowledge of both the business and operations Define and mature service offerings and service levels for a broad array of IT services; assisted in the development and maturation of a service based cost model to derive standard costs for the IT services that we provide Work with all elements of the business (Contracts, Finance, Resource Management, etc.) to provide seemless back-office support to Operations Stood up a team to focus on business and operational analytics to increase data driven decision making; developed and implemented a Performance Management framework based on Critical Success Factors (CSFs) that tie to Program-level goals and objectives and are measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and industry standard performance metrics

 Primary interface between the Special Projects Office (SPO) and Program Control (PC) Management; provide guidance and day to day direction to a team of seven PC analysts As team lead, responsibilities include: interviewing and training of new hires, daily supervision and tasking of the seven PC analysts within my team; assisting the other PC analysts with the development of training plans, goals, and objectives; reviewing and approving the work of the other team members Work with the SPO Directorate and Deputy Program Manager on revenue recognition, forecasting, and tracking for all project related work and the entire Special Projects Office Work with the SPO Directorate on strategic planning initiatives, process improvements, development of CONOPS, and the refinement of guidelines for the project managers as defined by PMI. Assist the SPO Directorate in the review and development of project deliverables. Financial oversight of 40-50 projects with a combined revenue of $75-125 million Earned Value Management (EVM) lead as the primary representative for PC / SPO, member of the EVM Implementation Working Group Extensive work with contracts, pricing, and the proposal team on the development, review, and negotiation of technical and cost proposals

 Responsible for working with the Special Project Office (SPO) Directorate and the SPO Project Managers to manage and monitor the budgets for 30-40 projects with a combined revenue of $50-100 million. Work with Project Managers to develop resource loaded, schedule-driven budgets, forecast expenditures, and explain corresponding variances. Analyze and research variances to account for discrepancies between budgets and costs. Prepare slides for monthly Executive Project Review and present the financial status of each project to the Government Customer(s). For each project, prepare quarterly Estimate at Completions. Work directly with the SPO Directorate on revenue recognition and forecasting for the entire Special Projects Office. Serve as a direct link between Business Services, the Project Managers, and SPO Management. Serve as the financial representative at the weekly ERB. Work with contracts and the proposal team on the pricing and negotiating of ECPs.
