My practice is centered on empowering individuals to rebuild their lives with resilience and strength.I hold a Master’s in Social Work (MSW), a graduate certificate in Youth Justice and Interventions, and certifications in Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
