Janus Development is on track to renovate and complete 30+ turnkey rentals to investors focusing more on the turnkey side of investing.2023: As a realtor I sold 150+ homes for a total of 25M+ volume as an investor friendly agent in the Cleveland and Columbus, OH markets and started Janus Development which is focused on purchasing distressed properties, renovating them to present as turnkey rental properties to investors looking for turnkey properties. As an investor I purchased buy-and-hold single family and multi family properties, executed BRRRR’s and other strategies in both markets and crossed the 100 unit mark.2022: As a realtor I sold over 125 properties in my first year (2022) totaling over $17,000,000 as an investor friendly agent. As an investorI purchased and renovated over 10 properties leveraging DSCR lending and hard money.I focus on building systems to find and present you deals from various sources whether that is MLS listings, pocket listings, wholesaler deals, networking directly with sellers and others.
