Josh started with the Genz-Ryan family in 2002 as an HVAC technician in the Residential New Construction division of the organization after a quick promotion from the warehouse. He began as a warehouse worker and has since held numerous positions within the company that have brought him to his current role as Chief Management Officer for both Inspiration Design Center and Genz-Ryan. Throughout his nearly 20 years of dedication, loyalty, and passion for working for the Genz Ryan and Inspiration Design Center family, he has happily poured his time and energy into the creation of a successful organization in the community, while sticking to its true value and roots that started it back in 1950. His drive for results, power of coaching staff, and ability to empower those around him, have aided in the growth and opportunity the company has experienced. Josh values individuals who appreciate working smarter, offer solutions, and strive to keep the employees and customers as the focal point to why “we do what we do.” He emulates the CORE value “Get Sh!t Done” as if he was born to do it. In Josh’s spare time he enjoys recreational sports, and hanging out with his friends and family, which has seen growth in the past 2 years. In 2018, Josh married his wife Rachael and 11 months later, the happy couple welcomed their first son, Brooks (6 months). While his new life is full of exciting changes (changing diapers!), his commitment and dedication to his job, and the work he loves, will continue to be a huge part of his life. Soon enough, his home will likely be filled with more sweet little humans to encourage to replicate his positive energy and zest for life.
