At UVa, my role supports the management team and recruiters behind the talent acquisition functions at the University’s Health System. Here I am responsible for maintaining billing functions and providing detailed analysis of the output and results produced by the recruiting team. Additional duties include working on a plethora of projects and tasks designed to support the team and their efforts.

At Pinstripe, I support the management and administration of the recruiting operations at the University of Virginia Health System. This role is responsible for maintaining billing functions of the account and providing detailed analysis of the output and results produced by the team. Additional duties include working on a plethora of projects and tasks designed to support the recruiting team and their efforts.

In addition to general administrative tasks, my primary responsibilities included healthcare industry research, learning event (i.e. courseware) development, and management of an online consulting platform designed to diagnose and remedy revenue cycle problems for health care organizations across the United States

Provided program evaluation and data collection services for various non-profit organizations throughout the Milwaukee area. Duties include survey administration, data analysis, writing reports, corresponding with constituents and conducting interviews and focus groups.

(seasonal position) Provide employee hiring services for various companies throughout the Midwest. Acquired academic/employment verifications, interviewed professional references, obtained criminal background checks, compiled information into written reports.

Management position responsible for carrying out daily operations. Duties include: Coordinator/supervisor of 20-25 employees, cash management, customer service, conducting employment interviews by telephone, and training of new employees.
