CurrentI started my triple business major at Minot state university during the fall of 2006. After three years I had an opportunity to join the booming workforce economy within North Dakota. In the mean time I have accrued roughly 4.5 years in the customer service industry through my current employer Ameripride Services as a route delivery driver which also entails increasing route revenue. Making sales per company direction as well as opportunities that present themselves ( examples include seeking and collecting new business leads and coordinating with our sales team to generate new accounts. Maintaining route sales and revenue expectations. And most importantly providing top notch customer service to roughly 100-200 customers per week, while also maintaining our accounts are current and not affecting the company financially. I have maintained An excellent track record for customer retention, customer service as well as revenue increases even through the downturn in the local economy. I have maintained great customer relations with all of my customers including some very large accounts. My main goals are along my weekly route and outside sales are to driver top notch customer service with great attention to detail, and making sure that I can make myself into each customers favorite vendor through great work ethic, attitude, and dealing with any issues immediately.
