Co-founded a Commercial Open Source startup that enabled engineering leadership and teams to know critical data about their code through SQL.Worked closely with the Founder on every aspect of the business including fundraising, investor relations, board meetings. Together we devised the company strategy and execution plan.Managed the internal operations of the company including hiring, team management, engineering, infrastructure, R&D, budget, vendor management, and sales.Ran Engineering using Lean Agile and Kanban methodologies. Leveraged Google Cloud for our hosted offering and automated the deployment process of the infrastructure and app using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code to have consistency yet also be configurable to meet our customer’s needs. Tech stack included: GCP, GKE, GitHub Actions, Terraform, ArgoCD, PostgreSQL, Go, React, and GraphQL.
