Part of a small team that developed an API, web interface/PWA, and internal architecture that allows customers to receive real-time monitoring of hardware sensors. The system receives data from customers, alerts customers of anomalies, and allows customers to automatically make adjustments via actuators as to bring environmental values back within a predefined threshold.

Interfaced with enterprise customers regarding their data which was backed up to the company's servers. Diagnosed and resolved issues with the in-house backup software by analyzing error logs and editing configuration files. Created and distributed tickets to to other specialists when necessary.Position was a short term contract

Interfaced with customers regarding the Xbox gaming console and related services. Diagnosed hardware issues and filed repair orders, troubleshooted and resolved network connectivity issues, handled billing errors including refunds, and managed subscription information.

Remotely diagnosed and fixed a wide range of consumer computer issues via remote desktop and phone calls.
