Josh founded Twenty-Two Steps, a veteran-owned custom woodworking company with a mission to combat veteran suicide, sexual trauma, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Josh was appointed as Detachment Commander, with direct responsibility for managing annual budgets, developing intricate security plans, creating work schedules and training curriculums, and overseeing the physical and mental preparedness of over 50 Marines. Possessing a Top-Secret Security Clearance, Josh provided over 6,000 hours of armed internal and external security services to safeguard multiple U.S Embassies, hundreds of personnel, and critical information vital to the national security of the United States. In addition, Josh collaborated with a diverse team of 12 Marines and 40 local security guards to protect the Vice President of the United States. For exceptional leadership in executing 140 security missions for genuine threats at U.S Embassies in Mauritania, Macedonia, and Chile, Josh was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.

Yuma, Arizona Area

Josh assumed responsibility for overseeing the manufacturing, maintenance upgrades, expenditures, and operational fluidity for the entire Motor Vehicle Department, which included $35M worth of vehicles and equipment. He demonstrated exceptional leadership by leading 30 motor vehicle exercises, where he trained over 200 personnel in preparation for deployments to Bahrain and Kuwait. In addition, Josh helped control three legitimate helicopter crash recovery missions with efficiency and composure. Josh's expertise extended to various military vehicles, and he received training and certification in multiple vehicles. For his outstanding leadership and decisive team-building skills, Josh was meritoriously promoted to Corporal. His contributions to the Motor Vehicle Department played a critical role in the success of the organization.
