Acted as group surveyor across a range of asset classes within London and nationally spread on behalf of this privately owned multifamily office. I oversaw the nationwide commercial portfolio comprising retail, retail park, industrial and office units with a secondary duty to residential elements. I was heavily involved in the portfolio asset and investment management, restructure, allocation and refinance as well as its refurbishment and development.

I carried out loan security and development valuation work across a wide range of asset classes within the commercial and residential sectors. I acted on behalf of major and secondary lenders with the highest single asset instruction of £100m. I was also the main valuer on behalf of HS2 as part of its discretionary scheme.
