I had the pleasure of working with DeLashmet & Marchand, P.C. for several years. DeLashmet & Marchand serves national clients in a variety of legal matters throughout the State of Alabama and the Gulf Coast regions of Mississippi and Florida.I worked full-time at this law firm while attending school full-time as well. I was lucky to be afforded a flexible work schedule and an environment that fostered learning. During my time here, I was responsible for file management, vendor management, inventory control, and logistics. I also assisted with cost management, reception, and strategy. One of my favorite responsibilities at this position was handling maintenance and care of the after hours beverages (i.e., the kegerator).

This was a great job because I got to work with two of my best friends, the founders of Earthscapes. Long days in 100 degree heat can be taxing, but we worked hard and had fun doing it. I was brought into my role as a crew leader due to my strong work ethic, business sense, and customer service skills. As a crew leader, I was the day-to-day contact for our clients. My responsibilities included route management, billing, customer service, business development, and general employee management. For a portion of my tenure here, I worked full-time and attended school full-time.
