My name is Josh Marsh and I am a graduated student from the University of Cincinnati in spring 2024, achieving a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing. While attending UC, I held positions of Vice President and Education Chair of Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity, Ohio Mu Chapter, and focused my studies around Corporate B2B Sales and Market Research. I have held the position of Branch Manager and then Regional Manager with Young Entrepreneurs Across America, and was responsible for essentially running an entire branch of a business in Southwest Dayton, which included directly overseeing business management, marketing, scheduling, budgeting, sales, profitability analysis, payroll, pricing, recruiting, training, customer relations, and production supervision. I was offered a second year position after my first year in the internship, and I was also responsible for directly mentoring a first year manager on top of all my responsibilities I held from my first year. In my tenure with the company, I have directly managed over 25 employees and overseen $250,000+ in company revenue. I am constantly looking for ways to improve myself and learn more in the business world.I also interned with Intuit, and was selected with 19 others interns from a pool of thousands for their Digital Sales Consultant Program. During this experience, I was able to: Directly closed over $55,000 in revenue within a 12-week period by successfully negotiating with and advancing prospective clients end-to-end within the sales cycle. • Conducted in-depth analysis with clients to better understand their business challenges and objectives, and recommended tailoredsolutions to meet their bookkeeping and accounting needs. • Utilized CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring that there was accurate and up-to-date information for effective follow-upsand sales forecasting.• Achieved quota first among all 20 interns in July, August and was consistently a top 4 performer in all metrics, including prospecting,closed sales, talk time with clients, and call flow quality.As of July 2024, I am a Mid-Market Business Development Representative working in Intuit’s Outbound Quickbooks team.
