A tremendous experience as head of technology and research analyst for the mortgage bond trading desk at global investment firm Millennium Management.Fortunate to work with an incredible team of talented, brilliant and high quality people. As our team started together at Millennium with a new trading strategy, I was responsible for all aspects of designing and building robust and flexible IT systems and applications required to timely and strategically trade mortgage-backed bonds and related securities in our sector.This included data gathering, management and analysis including tiered metrics reporting and cashflow analysis, as well as internal reporting of P&L and risk metrics. When we decided to relocate our trading team to the west coast, I led the build out of our new office including redundant connectivity, LAN, VOIP, servers, backups and modifications of applications.

Company is now part of British Telecom.Made customer service my top priority throughout my tenure, from beginnings at desktop support to most recent position as manager of the authentication engineering team, receiving multiple customer service awards and the President's Award.As manager of the Authentication Engineering team, was responsible for the authentication platform serving the Mobility services for external customers. This included a front-end web configuration tool, a global-placed redundant RADIUS (AAA) system, operations alerting and billing data flow.
