I spearheaded a large area LiDAR project that consisted of data collection, data refinement, and used the raw data to generate a hydrological model for stream restoration projects across the reservation. Scripted the automation of deep learning tools to generate updates to vector layers and provided QA/QC for the data integrity of these models. Managed relations with multiple counties to ensure data sharing and homogeneity for NG911Delivered on multiple AGOL layers and projects for field use by a myriad of tribal departments.Built Survey 123 and Fieldmaps applications for multiple teams.

Work to ensure that the core principles of the company are upheld throughout the customer service experience.

I helped to manage a team ranging from 15 to 20 individuals. This included performance evaluations and coachings, as well as assisting with any technical questions my team had. I also worked with the implementation of a new chat system for customer service, as well as working with the salesforce backend team in order to ensure accurate data for the customer service department. I also helped with the design and configuration of multiple reporting methods and data visualizations.
