Bringing fresh eyes, challenging the status quo, and continually seeking new and better ways to deliver work is a core part of what I love to do and love to bring out in others. Over the past few years my role has included delivery of cross business improvements, management of a multi-million dollar cost savings program, training and coaching teams in continuous improvement, and developing an enterprise level change initiatives. Key outcomes I have achieved over this time include:- Coordinating cost savings worth $20 million over three years;- Design of a continuous improvement framework;- People strategy development and advice;- Coordinating the build and management of a $21M operational budget.;- Training 400 people in improvement practices including Lean, Agile & Design Thinking; and- Managing the tenders and procurementI draw from a range of frameworks including Lean, Six Sigma, Organisational Change Management, Agile / UX, Lean Start-up, Design Thinking & Human Centred Design to support change and achieve organizational goals and objectives.
