My time in this position has been spent cultivating and maintaining high-value client relationships, resulting in repeat business. These relationships were maintained while strategically driving upwards of $10k in sales per night by leveraging advanced sales techniques, anticipating client needs, and recommending high-margin products tailored to each client. I frequently analyze guest feedback and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. I also gained further experience leading and training members of the hospitality teams, fostering collaborative environments to enhance team performance and service quality - while using my leadership skills to guide and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.

In this position, I generated and nurtured leads from events and cold-called wine producers who fit our business development strategy. I maintained vendor relationships and facilitated the purchase of bulk wine sales at 4-figures per bottle from a curated list of over 500 producers. I designed & curated 4-course dinner menus curtailed to each wine and customized to needs, desires, and restrictions - with the goal of driving wine sales at each event.

While managing the 6 studio spaces at Air Hollywood, I would conduct demonstrations and tours of each studio's capabilities, own pipeline generation strategy of potential clients, and attract new prospects by supporting marketing events and campaigns. I collaborated with ownership to plan and execute specific film/tv show operational needs and act as representative of the studio during production, offering services and establishing restrictions. Upon booking, I would assist with negotiating vendor contracts and studio rental fees.

Utilize prospecting strategies to acquire press attendance who specialize reporting in our goal market. Responsible for producing and coordinating weekly interactive dinner theater entertaining 50-100 guests per night along with 250+ person corporate gala’s/holiday parties. I maintained the companies weekly and quarterly Profit/Loss Statements, managed payroll, and lead hiring and training programs for a 35+ person staff. I was also in charge of coordinating press attendance and press releases.

As a Producer on the Nickelodeon team, I would curate a pipeline of local vendors before landing on-site. I created and led procedures for stage and equipment load-in/load-out as well asinterfacing and ensuring smooth execution of Exec. Producers request while overseeing staff of 150+.

As Brand Ambassador/Representative, I would lead product demonstration and drive sales for various client products including cookware, fitness, food, alcohol, craft, etc. I represented drastically different brands on a day-to-day basis, confidently communicating product knowledge to drive sales while operating independently and solo at various on-location events.
