- Responsible of the technical installation of a Proton Therapy System for SCCA/ProCure.- Managing a team of 15 onsite engineers on a technical aspect (Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Physics Engineer).- Preparing the different technical phases of the project, supervising and conducting them to ensure their good progresses and their on-time deliveries.- Bringing technical solutions, guidelines and advice on the field, for the team and support the customer.- Responsible of the system maintenance and onsite customer service (preventive and corrective maintenances, spare parts management and managing the technical requests from the customer).- Key player in the testing process of new R&D features and new IBA products.Organization, preparation and deployment of the new developments on the field.- Training of the new engineers; providing theoretical and on field training for the different engineers of the team (electrical, mechanical or physics engineers).- Proposing design changes and improvements to the Product Management and R&D departments.- Conducting debugging and repair activities on very critical equipments interacting with proton beam physics.- Preparing, leading and performing high stakes upgrades of Proton Therapy Subsystems, from the procedures writing to the validation testings.

Responsible for implementation, calibration, and testing of electrical equipment used for the production and transport of high energy protons in an IBA Proton Therapy System. Responsible for proton beam optics and nozzle commissioning in double and single scattering, uniform scanning, and pencil beam scanning treatment modes. Operation of a 235 MeV cyclotron for patient treatment and university research.
