With a diverse background spanning the banking, healthcare, and transportation sectors, I bring extensive expertise in process improvement, data analysis, customer service leadership, and data entry.The majority of my career has been dedicated to United Healthcare, where I held pivotal roles such as Consumer Onboarding specialist and Claims Researcher. These positions honed my ability to manage substantial volumes of information while adhering to stringent state and federal regulations. Notably, I contributed to the establishment of scripting and documentation SOPs for the inception of the Consumer Onboarding department at Optum RX. I also played a key role in integrating information across multiple sites using Microsoft OneNote, facilitating seamless collaboration between our Jacksonville, FL and Tucson, AZ offices.In my capacity as a Claims Research Team Analyst, I handled Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial claims across multiple states, managing adjustments that sometimes exceeded million-dollar sums. Ensuring compliance with insurance plans, state regulations, and provider agreements was paramount in delivering effective solutions.Transitioning to the role of Assistant Project Manager at Visitor Toll Pass, I oversaw customer-facing operations at Orlando International Airport. This included training staff, setting daily expectations through meetings, and resolving conflicts to maintain operational efficiency. I was entrusted with managing hangtag issuance and ensuring accurate customer billing, which included reaching out to international customers based on positive feedback and building strong relationships. Leadership required daily reports including inventory updates, financial updates, customer communication, recovered finances, and staff updates. Leadership selected me to be primary point of contact with our international customers as well. In this role I was able to provide improvements to marketing initiatives and payment processing procedures based on Power BI data and research.Throughout my career, I've collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, senior leadership, and IT departments, to address challenges and drive procedural improvements. Leveraging tools like Microsoft Power BI, I've utilized customer feedback to inform strategic decisions, optimize inventory management, and enhance customer engagement initiatives.
