As a member of the Office of the CTO, I'm helping to figure out what the future of Mobile IT looks like. Primarily responsible for a lot of MobileIron's new AppConnect and AppTunnel functionality and working on plans and prototypes for the next big thing.

Held many positions, including software engineer, software architect, professional services engineer, professional services manager, pre-sales SE, trainer, business development ... basically a technical jack-of-all-trades.As a very early employee of the company (first after the founders), I have been involved with every aspect of the company, from wiring the phones to defining market directions to technical sales.Moved through technical sales and professional services roles, and then back into engineering and the Office of the CTO, acting as chief architect.Marimba was acquired by BMC Software in July, 2004.

One of four engineers in the very early phases of the company. Helped design and build a local-area and wide-area desktop videoconferencing product. Also did on-site installation and support of the product for customers.

Worked in several software development groups on several projects at Sun, including development tools, window systems, OS kernel porting, and multimedia products.
