Current● Fulfill role as Implementation Specialist by facilitating seamless integration and deployment of The Work Number service andUnemployment Claims for clients ensuring smooth transitions and optimal utilization.● Use Excel extensively for in-depth data analysis throughout the project, employing advanced functions, data filters, and datavisualization techniques to accurately summarize, analyze, and present complex information, ensuring precision and improvingproject outcomes.● Conduct in-depth system integration and testing to resolve any unexpected technical issues and ensure a seamlessimplementation● Utilize ServiceNow and Jira platforms to streamline IT service management and project management processes, includingincident, problem, and change management, resulting in a decrease in overall project completion time.● Enhance overall team proficiency and success by adapting swiftly to new information and process changes, and then preparingand delivering comprehensive training presentations.● Work across multiple teams including legal, IT, product development, etc. to create and test enhancements, modify SLA withpartner, and improve processes to achieve common goal of increasing customer satisfaction and company revenue● Approve and audit team members' projects with meticulous attention to detail ensuring readiness for project go-live includingproviding corrections when needed resulting in smooth service launches, customer satisfaction, and accurate internal reporting● Created and edited training resources using programs like Confluence to optimize team efficiency and knowledge sharing.● Evaluate, improve, and create internal resources through data analysis which improve processes ultimately lowering the total timeto project completion and increasing revenue
