I received a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Benedictine College in 2017, and since then have spent as much time as possible diving headfirst into every aspect of digital marketing. Both of my full-time positions since leaving college have been in a small-team environment within the B2B space. As a member of a small team, I have been able to gain experience across many aspects of digital marketing. While wearing the hat of Project Coordinator, I developed a niche CRM service project from the ground up that caters to OEM dealerships, and maintained a steady client list through personal relationships and consistent execution.As a Lead Engagement Specialist, I helped lead a team of 10 employees in developing and implementing sales and marketing processes to meet the specialized needs of our clients.As a Marketing Coordinator, I worked with a small team to develop and implement a complete company rebranding, including web design, messaging, content development and SEO. I learned how to prioritize marketing efforts based on performance while balancing available resources. My positions have put me into the medical and construction spaces, where event marketing is also very important. As a result, I have been happy to coordinate marketing campaigns around trade shows and conferences in the form of social media, email marketing, content strategy, and complex CRM management.I have gained experience in creating and executing B2B ad campaigns on the Google Ads and Facebook Business platforms that measured performance on industry-wide KPI's. At this point in my career, I am a jack of many trades. This positions me perfectly to see how the different pieces of a company fit together, and make effective decisions about how to move myself and those around me forward. I am excited to work with a passionate team in my next role.
