Responsibilities: Teach Martial Arts. Customer Relations. Marketing. Sales. Social Media Management. Administrative. COVID Response Management. Facility Maintenance. Customer Retention. Choreography. Courses Taught: White Belt through Third Degree Black Belt; Haidong Gumdo (Sword); Bo Staff; Kama; Nunchuck; Self Defense; Gun Safety; and Pre-school Aged Basics. Locations: In studio, off-site preschool/day cares, online (Zoom). Class sizes: One-on-one, small classes, and large classes (up to 35). Additional: Strong experience and success working with students with learning disabilities, social disorders, anxiety, ADHD, autism, and other behavioral issues.

Manage inventory, ensuring "First in, first out" is properly observed. Ordering inventory for food, merchandise, cigarettes, and gas. Scheduling. Assisting other locations with various issues, including hiring, training, and shift coverage. Managing loss and profit via P&L tools.

Managing a shift team for successful business operation including customer service, delegation of tasks, and managing talent. Hiring and maintaining new talent including interviewing, coaching, and training for advancement. Ordering supply trucks based on need and sales volume.
