• Designed and implemented a new PN Plan for the recently acquired Ubiquitel Wireless’ Boise switch using Planet EV and verified minimal Co-Channel Interference. Transitioned the network PN Plan to match Sprint-Nextel Network and reduced OpEx by integrating the core network resources in one place.• Optimized the Voice and Data network in the South Central Idaho Cluster and reduced the Dropped calls by nearly 20% from 0.8% to 0.6% compared to the previous year.• Responsible for 90 CDMA, iDEN and EVDO sites in Idaho. Forecasted and managed capacity (BRs, CEs and PP width) needs and proposed cost-saving measures to remove minimally used Carriers and T1s. Implemented and optimized Q-chat deployment to match legacy iDEN’s Initial & In-Call Latencies.• Improved customer retention and satisfaction by promptly responding to customer tickets. Reduced Site outages and Network downtime by coordinating with Switch and Field Operations Team.• Proposed Cell sites for Coverage and Capacity Enhancements by RF Planning in Planet EV and CW signal Drive testing. Eliminated additional Base-Stations in poor in-building coverage areas using repeaters.

• Improved Data User Experience in Sprint’s Network by implementing the EVDO RevA in Utah. Performed Site Integration test and cluster optimization after transitioning from EVDO Rev 0 to Rev A. • Updated Clutter definitions and coverage maps using Planet EV and Model Tuning drive data for recently acquired Ubiquitel markets in Logan and St. George, UT.

• Verizon EVDO -Involved in 4 turn-key EVDO deployments in Verizon-Lucent markets. Generated Site Integration and Cluster Reports using MapInfo and Actix. Managed drive teams and Cluster Drive routes.• Sprint Utah - Optimized Lucent CDMA-1X Voice network for better coverage using Willtech Bluerose Drive Test data and analyzing Layer 3 messages in Windcatcher. Re-defined Clutter Data and Model tuned the Utah Market by collecting and analyzing Top 10 PNs.• Cingular Wireless – Involved in Ericsson UMTS system design, deployment and optimization in Houston TX. Actix and TEMS were used in analysis of TEMS HSDPA and Agilent E6474 drive data. Part of team testing Cingular Wireless’ GSM network in Atlanta GA, transitioning from Nokia to Ericsson backhaul.
