I match great people with great companies. Schedule interviews to screen potential candidates. Conduct interviews with potential candidates to determine their employment qualifications. Prepare potential candidates for any applicable in-office, online skills assessments on customized, validated software packages with more than 600 tests in many classifications. Conduct background checks and drug screens on candidates. Maintain contact with candidates, active temps/employees, and clients by phone, email, or site visits. Ensure that our clients receive the most qualified and safe employee available. Verify employment eligibility via https://e-verify.uscis.gov. Conduct professional and personal reference checks of our candidates. Import resumes and online applications into our system. Conduct PremierPrep™, our exclusive coaching service, which involves a handbook that includes information on current and necessary employment policies. Working from the client's guidelines, we orient them as to job duties, policies, dress codes, procedures and cultural issues, and complete any necessary paperwork with them. Perform various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, answering phones, etc. Schedule and attend job fairs to meet and interact with potential candidates.

In this position I analyzed invoices to be paid and verified that all appropriate details have been included and all rules have been followed. I coordinated with a number of software programs to validate that the equipment and hardware that appear on the billing were fully operational. I utilized SQL to run queries and higher Excel functions (pivot tables, V-lookups, etc) to compose reports to assist in this analysis.

For this position I engaged in networking to help build the business; I maintained social media, including regular written updates on Facebook and Twitter and YouTube video production to help sell the business; I spearheaded any communication initiatives, as well as played a major role in the development of a weight-loss challenge known as the "Straightright 120", among other programs; I also served as an assistant boxing trainer, for which I was notoriously tough enough to earn the nickname "The Silent Assassin".

In this position I reconciled expected income versus received income and investigated any discrepancies, for which my completion numbers were regularly the best in the department. In this role I regularly communicated with retail locations and upper management, for which my skills were first-rate.

Started out as a "Master Control Operator", but after about two weeks management was so impressed with me that they promoted me to a supervisory role. In that role I oversaw a team of 10-15 people in the master control sector of one of the nation's largest broadcasting companies.

In this position I assisted in verifying the accuracy of loan files prepared by the loan officers. In addition to the regular responsibilities of my position, I also volunteered to spearhead initiatives to set up state-of-the-art technology within the branch itself to make us an area leader in the banking industry. I also assisted in various marketing and community outreach programs--all while earning my MBA within one year's time.

I started off in the retail branch in Parkersburg, WV, where I regularly led the office in sales of the "damage waiver" (insurance). I was also very good at dealing with agitated customers. After about a year in this role, I was promoted (at the recommendation of our area manager) to an administrative role at the state headquarters, where I served as a "Traffic Coordinator" (and eventually "Traffic Supervisor"), where I ordered and maintained fleet vehicles, as well as organized a program to assist the branches in the use of specialty vehicles without any one branch getting hit with all the depreciation costs.

Assisted in implementing drought relief programs for farms in a three-county area.

I started out as an intern, but after proving myself I was given the added responsibility and title of Music Director; My responsibilities included writing and scheduling commercials, taking part in marketing and P.R. events such as live remotes, and general on-air and behind the scenes radio duties; I reported on city council meetings and local elections, served as a sideline reporter for "Beebe Badger" high school football games, and I also gained the experience of serving as a color commentator for a "Main Event Championship Wrestling" event through this position.
