Each decision, whether a purchase, sale, or investment, is critically calculated to ensure the desired results are obtained.As an educator, I was committed to my students and community, created unique ways to implement curriculum, and monitored the growth of each student to track success and make corrections as necessary. This same attitude and work ethic has served as the foundation for my business career.I believe success comes through serving others. For that reason, I have served on my office's board of directors to act as a custodian between agents and upper management. I teach classes in my office to provide further education to my coworkers to assist them in growing their knowledge and skills. When others in my office face unique situations, I am commonly sought for creative advice and provide it happily.My passion is leadership and growth. Leading a business or individuals to success is what excites me.
