Monitor performance levels of assigned unit, give reliable feedback and constructive criticism to Unit Exempt/non-Exempt Management staff to help them succeed within the unit. Monitor Budgets and Discretionary spending accounts of the unit to ensure each unit stays on track and within budgetary limits. Recruiting/Hiring/Disciplinary action up to and including Termination of Unit Staff as needed. Successfully monitored P&L statements/performance statements of unit to ensure metrics are attained, to ensure complete guest satisfaction and to give feedback and set priorities and standards on key areas to improve or focus on. Successfully monitor all areas of the operation and food safety to ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned by DM & Regional VP.

Responsible for store operations including 60-70 associates each shift, with a total of 380 associates store-wide. Monitoring performance goals, punctuality, customer service skills, and employee score levels. Maintain employee safety as well as regulatory compliance other responsibilities include cash control, nightly audits, guest relations, Interviewing, Scheduling, hiring, firing, and coaching associates. Some concentration over the food side of the Store including fresh areas Bakery, Deli, Meat Dept., and Produce as well as Grocery, Frozen, and Dairy. Other areas of responsibility include, monitoring inventory levels, Modular integrity, food safety, and employee training, as well as monthly at-cost Inventory, food safety inspections, and temperature controls.
