Responsible for scheduling, timecard review, tracking employee attendance, issuing daily reports to departmental heads, tracking master calibration logs for lab equipment, tracking master sanitation for processing equipment, performing preventative maintenance for lab equipment, coordinating sampling and reporting with Kansas Department of Agriculture, shelf life testing of finished products, sensory testing for finished products, inventory control of laboratory supplies, tracking data for USDA, procedural changes related to department and process functions, resolving personnel issues relating to performance and attendance, establishing product specifications utilizing statistical data, and completing other special projects as needed.
