• Play a leading role in the development and execution of TM’s global account management and growth plan• Global point of contact responsible for the oversight and delivery of all internal/external client initiatives• Ensure all of the critical tasks relating to assigned accounts are completed on-time and in budget (requires working closely with and overseeing other internal teams and direct management)Business development responsibilities include:• Within the assigned account base, this position is responsible for securing new business and leading all new business efforts• Establishing good personal and professional relationships with key stake holders across the client’s organization, including: sr. managers, buyers, plant level managers, quality teams, etc.• Organizing and hosting all client visits to TM facilities or TM visits to client facilities (includes working with all internal teams to have requested information prepared and in a professionally presented format)• Set up new product/technology introductions (working with internal technical team)• Responsible to work with the client and Technimark’s global sites/teams (customer service, business development and sr. management) to complete short and long-term budgeting /forecasting for assigned accounts• Pricing adjustments – manage or oversee the implementation of selling prices and or terms and conditions on an agreed upon frequency (these updates can be attributed but not limited to cost changes in raw materials, labor standards, distribution, and or market conditions)• Quoting - working with multiple cross-functional departments (quoting team, business development, tooling, automation, operations, etc..) to kick-off and complete the quote on-time• Responsible for submitting final proposal on-time and in a professional format directly to the client• Presenting proposal and leading client negotiations for program awards

-Comprehensive management of customer orders from PO to shipment.-Purchaser of manufacturing components for customer orders; also triggered any new vendor set-ups required.-Built and managed over 500+ Bills of Materials-Managed both domestic and international freight Lanes -Provided quotes for new business in drinkware market segment.-Inside sales within proprietary product segment-Managed and reconciled all classes of inventory (Finished Goods, WIP, and Components)- Created a global capacity plan
