I started with one step ahead as an entry level administrator role, with the companies direction taking a change and the skills I had shown allowed me to move into a new area of the company of admin manager. In the role I am responsible for ensuring my team are all working efficiently and help them learn how to do so. To list a few I manage everything from sourcing our data, dealing with our different agencies and working out the commissions.I have learnt a lot from this role and the ever changing environment in which I work means I am always learning and moving forwards.
