Full accountability for the site. Business was struggling when I was appointed but very quickly set high standards for the team and reacted positively to all situations. Upon leaving, sales were up, Guest feedback was up and team retention had vastly improved with a team who enjoyed coming to work. All deadlines were met and had positive feedback from the area manager. Very similar job role to Restaurant manager but with overall responsibility for the business and had to be able to plan ahead to drive the site forward. Was involved and competent in all aspects of HR and site safety and I had a great relationship with all team at site, peers at other sites and with the regional manager.
