National Stop the Bleed Day is a grassroots movement to engage medical providers to provide life saving training to the population, at large. Approximately 30% of preventable deaths occurs from trauma in the pre-hospital setting. Survivability is markedly improved with immediate response with minimal training. As the California Coordinator, I engage healthcare systems, emergency services, and educational institutions to provide support, instruction, and venues to enable this outward marketing of an essential "force multiplier" training.

The Health Services Technician performs both clerical and clinical duties. Clerical duties include ensuring HIPAA compliance, making and reviewing patient medical records, and managing multiple clinic programs. Clinical duties include performing limited patient assessments, performing ordered venipuncture and immunizations, and assisting in surgical procedures.

Aviation Rescue Swimmers are the search and rescue asset of the United States Naval Special Operations team. Training in areas as varied as water survival, aviation operations, and emergency medicine, SAR swimmers pipeline is one of the most rigorous in the Navy.
