As the Social Manager for SSG I was responsible for a building social media strategy for each client. Also I was responsible for the actual curating and posting of original content to Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin for multiple clients to drive traffic and create and engaged community.• Monitor and drive weekly online audience engagement targets.• Engaging with clients on daily basis over phone and email to create online best strategy for success.• Optimized Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics for each clients needs.

• Main responsibility - Electronic document review• Ad-hoc tasks undertaken for associates- drafting, copy-check and bundling.• Trained on e-review database, trained on billing software.

• Responsible for analysing the current situation within a Hyde department or service, including qualitative and quantitative data, then mixing it with logic and creativity, to help transform business performance across the board.• In addition to completing the identification, mapping and analysis of all in-scope, end-to-end, current state processes, I drove the re-engineering (or improvement, as appropriate) of required business processes. I also evaluated the impact of the proposed changes and provide input to the evaluation of "to be" process options against costs and benefits.• Lastly in order to support successful implementation of quantifiably more efficient and effective ways of working to drive business benefit, I also provided significant input into transition planning for the move from the "As Is" to the "To Be", and played a key role in the actual transition to the “To Be” state.• I was also responsible for monitoring and managing reputational, financial and in some cases procedural risks to organisation as a result of the changes brought about by the project.
