Responsibilities and duties include: securing payment from debtors, making initial contact with clients in arrears via post and phone, arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules based on customers' financial situations.Key skills and competencies include: knowledge of regulatory compliance procedures for accounts in arrears, trained to action home loans, personal loans, credit cards and everyday transaction accounts as part of my role.
