Department Chair – Project Lead the Way (PLTW): Created new PLTW department including designing and outfitting classrooms Set curriculum, scope and sequence for 7 th and 8 th grade PLTW modules Worked with administration to develop PLTW budget Planned Scope and Sequence for Middle School PLTW department selectedcurricula Assisted in interviews in candidate search of PLTW and Science department staff Coordinated with local business partners to supplement PLTW budget Expanded department into 6 th grade at Northwood Elementary. Created and facilitated highly engaging projects, labs, and lessons within thePLTW framework Robotics coach and Founder FIRST program, Mooresville Robotics Founded and Mentored FIRST Robotics Club, Mooresville Robotic Pioneers. Accepted into the 2016 cohort. Led staff development in technology integration of Canvas to aid efficiency inrecording and analyzing student data. Increased efficiency in reporting onevidence of learning, improved instruction, increased teacher engagement. Served as Mooresville Community Teacher Association- Building Representativeand Executive board member including updating bylaws during a contract yearratification and pre-discussion at building and district levels

Led my team of 30-40 employees in a fast-paced result-driven organization. Achieved and maintained >95% on time departures for the duration of my leadershiprole. Prior to entering this role, delays occurred weekly. Gap Analysis indicated multiplegrowth opportunities. Countermeasures resulted in exceeding 234 consecutive on-timedepartures. Earned Bravo Zulu award for creating and implementing plans that improvedproductivity, increased throughput and launched additional aircraft or trucks withoutadding headcount. This culminated in running the PEAK Season 2011 SpecialOperations which launched more than 100 trucks, flights and ad hoc routes at 99% ontime departures.
