As the Technical Director of the Canadian Mar Thoma Church Audio and Visual Team, I lead a team of volunteers, overseeing volunteer schedules, roles for special events, and ensuring a seamless experience for both in-person and virtual congregants. My responsibilities extend to managing live stream broadcasts, audio mixing, and all aspects of sound, creative visuals, and online presentation. Furthermore, I maintain our equipment, including servers, QSC and Yamaha gear, to ensure optimal functionality, redundancy, power backup, networking, as well as regular maintenance such as projector lamp and filter cleaning, mixing board upkeep, computer maintenance, and amplifier/monitor/speaker repair.
