Operated in the realm of Cloud Operations & Maintenance, where I delivered essential maintenance support for StorageGrid Object Storage servers, Block storage, and VMWare, while addressing and resolving challenges encountered by internal Bell customers. Furthermore, I actively contributed to the development of the Storage API Gateway, a pivotal tool that empowers users to connect and request storage solutions for their project requirements, all the while upholding the security and robustness of our storage infrastructure.

Worked within the Bell TV Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to design and develop automation scripts, services, and applications that aid in optimizing current day to day tasks at Bell Canada, Canada's largest telecommunications company. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently while also participating in daily meetings with managers and engineers to discuss projects and design further automation projects.Have created many tools and applications that are being used daily by Bell employees to aid in their daily workflow. One application, in particular, has been in production for 4 years and has processed over 1 million files (and counting) in its lifetime - it has allowed for less human error and less channel downtime while also helping Bell employees with their day to day tasks.

As the Technical Director of the Canadian Mar Thoma Church Audio and Visual Team, I lead a team of volunteers, overseeing volunteer schedules, roles for special events, and ensuring a seamless experience for both in-person and virtual congregants. My responsibilities extend to managing live stream broadcasts, audio mixing, and all aspects of sound, creative visuals, and online presentation. Furthermore, I maintain our equipment, including servers, QSC and Yamaha gear, to ensure optimal functionality, redundancy, power backup, networking, as well as regular maintenance such as projector lamp and filter cleaning, mixing board upkeep, computer maintenance, and amplifier/monitor/speaker repair. I also maintain a comprehensive equipment inventory.

I had the responsibility of sourcing and managing the Broadcast Partner for TEDxToronto's flagship event, Renew. I also served as the liaison between the partner and the venue. Throughout the event, I monitored the broadcast and provided real-time feedback to the Broadcast Partner, ensuring a seamless virtual experience for all attendees.

Designed, developed, and maintained the new Ontario Tech Racing website (http://www.ontariotechracing.ca) - the website was built using HTML5/CSS3, JS, and Materialize.

Was selected a participant of the Government of Ontario’s Autonomous Vehicle Innovation Network’s (AVIN) tailored industry-standard skills development program to help bring equip professionals with knowledge of the connected autonomous and smart mobility sector. Worked as a summer student at Bell Canada for the second time, helping create an automation system for their paper view channel system, manage inventory, and doing maintenance on video, file, and network servers.Accomplishments:• Created a web application that is currently used in production, to automate the process of transferring files from a remote site to the central DAL Automation System using an FTP server for Bell’s paid paperview (PPV) channel• Conducted weekly fan checks of Evertz frames within the building• Inventoried and organize hundreds of Evertz cards and backplates• Conducted firmware upgrades on all of the Evertz frames throughout the building

Led a team of 5 students as the Department Head to develop the braking, driver controls (steering wheel, driver interface), and safety (driver restraints, emergency buttons) systems for the Ontario Tech Racing vehicle. The team was scheduled to compete in the 2017 Formula SAE Electric competition in Lincoln, Nebraska.
