Current-Efficiently handle all ticketing responsibilities within the Air Department specializing in group travel experiences.-Utilize extensive knowledge of the SABRE booking system to facilitate seamless and timely booking processes for individual and group airline tickets, ensuring smooth travel arrangements for clients.-Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to provide expert guidance on travel options, fare rules, and airline policies, ensuring clients receive accurate and up-to-date information for informed decision-making.-Play a key role in maintaining strong working relationships with various airlines, negotiating contracts, and adhering to their respective policies while issuing group tickets, resulting in cost-effective travel solutions for clients.-Adhere to strict guidelines and procedures while issuing group tickets, ensuring full compliance with airline contracts and regulations, while also providing clients with exceptional service to meet their unique travel needs.-Handle ticket cancellations, changes, and other post-booking services promptly and efficiently, resolving any issues that may arise to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.-Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills by managing multiple ticketing requests simultaneously, while maintaining a keen eye for detail to avoid errors in ticket issuance.-Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate accounting of ticketing transactions and timely processing of payments to airlines.-Actively participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends, airline policies, and travel technology advancements.-Cultivate a reputation for excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, providing clear and concise correspondence with clients and airline representatives.-Hold a TICO certification, signifying proficiency in travel industry regulations and ethical standards.
