-Advises a caseload of 1200+ undergraduate students navigating postsecondary pathways in financial aid completion, financially informed college choices, increased knowledge and empowerment in process of financial aid experience -Assists students in completing state, federal, and institutional financial aid forms -Maintains records in a Salesforce (SF) database to track contact with students and their progress toward completing key affordability tasks -Regularly reviews advisor performance data to monitor own progress to goals -Creates, pulls, and utilizes pertinent SF data reports to inform practice and outreach

Organized administrative tasks and handled various office responsibilities: -including responding to channels of communication from more than thousands of constituents within District 81 and -resolved constituent issues by connecting individuals to over 30 state agencies.
