At Taco Mama, we strive to provide fresh, made from scratch ingredients and menu options for our customers. Our menu options include Tacos, Burritos, Nachos, Quesadillas, and of course, Margaritas!All of our proteins, sauces, salsas, beans, rice, etc. are made in house each day. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook it is my responsibility to complete my set tasks each day. These tasks can vary based on shift (day or night). In the morning, we are responsible for completing a number of prep tasks to ensure that all options/ingredients are prepared and ready to go for the entire day of service. Following our prep tasks, we are responsible for working on the line to produce each order ticket within the allotted time frame. Working on the line can entail grilling, dressing of the ingredients, packaging of the orders, cleaning the equipment, etc. We are a people centric business that looks to provide a welcoming and fun atmosphere for all of our customers.
