Worked 40 hours a week while in College. Shift times were 9 hours long with start times varying from 5am to 11am. Worked in a variety of roles of collecting customer items for orders, dispensing them out to the customer when they arrived, and dealing with customer complaints and issues. Worked on a time sensitive mission as orders needed to be filled at least 30 minutes before it was scheduled to be picked up; however, we strived to ensure orders were completed an hour before pickup at minimum. Coordinated with the team to stagger lunchtime, decide which item run each member should do, and made sure that the dispensing room was always occupied with at least 2 members to efficiently deliver customer orders to their vehicles.
