My day began just before 5 every morning, opening the pool, welcoming patrons, and monitoring chemicals and other safety measures to ensure compliance with regulations. As the only staff personnel on duty, my role in responsibility and comprehensive management were essential.Led the instruction and training of other staff members to enforce facility policies and guidelines to prioritize swimmer safety. Learned and maintained proficiency in skills such as CPR and First Aid to offer individuals in distress.
